I love my work, which makes it all worthwhile. I love the freedom and interaction with different types of people and characters I meet day to day. The opportunity to make a difference, support and challenge and see people grow, either in business or personally is invaluable. This gives me a real buzz.
SANDRA BOWNES
OFFICE MANAGER
I am the first point of contact for clients who get in touch with Square Box and my focus is to put the client and customer care at the forefront of my day. It is my responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the office and, with over 40 years’ experience in business, managing to keep the other Boxers in line is nothing I can’t handle!

A genuine people person, my background in retail and running my own business, has led me to find Square Box – an environment where I can use my past knowledge to support and benefit our clients. I genuinely care about getting results and so the Square Box ethos is perfect!

Working with people and facilitating positive change is what ignites my spark. I have over 20 years of people development experience in various sectors, as well as my own business, and I love Square Box because the values align so closely to mine. Life is too short for boring courses and profit is too valuable to be wasted on box-ticking, ineffective training. Working with Square Box means I am challenged to facilitate engaging, unconventional, and results-driven content with every single client.
