Each programme is a journey of growth, featuring a series of 1-day workshops from our Skills Workshop portfolio, spread out over a period that suits your schedule. A typical programme includes five engaging workshop days, capped off with a final presentation and graduation day where delegates can show off their newly acquired skills.
We don’t stop there. We make sure learning sticks through Development Programme Learning Logs and Action Plans, with follow-up support from Line Managers.
By the end of the programme, those who’ve put their learning into practice will receive a certificate that proves they’ve mastered the skills needed to lead, coach, and inspire their teams to peak performance.
